Hi! I’m Alessia, a native Italian tutor based in London.

I started teaching Italian in 2021 as a side hustle alongside my full-time job, and over time, I realised how much I genuinely enjoy helping people learn this beautiful language, so I decided to fully dedicate myself to it.

My lessons are always tailored to each student’s level, goals, and pace. I care about creating a relaxed and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable making mistakes, staying curious, and enjoying the learning process.

Before booking, I would like to get to know you a little. Understanding your level, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of the lesson. This will help me design and plan lessons specifically for you.

For beginners (A1–A2), we focus on building strong foundations, especially pronunciation and understanding how the language sounds. Becoming familiar with these sounds will help you learn to pronounce accurately and enhance your listening and comprehension skills more quickly.
Once you gain confidence with the basics, or if you are already at a B1 or B2 level, my lessons shift more toward conversation and grammar. I provide materials such as newspaper articles, interactive videos, films, and audio resources to support your learning.
If there is a specific topic you would like to explore, I am more than happy to accommodate your needs and gather relevant materials based on your interests.

I offer both online lessons (Zoom) and face-to-face sessions in London.
