My name is Alejandra and I am originally from Spain, Madrid. I been living in the UK for seven years now and I am currently studying my last year of business management at the university of Liverpool.
Since I was very young, I always showed a passion for teaching and I been tutoring for almost 3 years now. I love teaching specially when it comes to teaching my own language,
I am extremely interested to tutor Spanish to any level from beginner to A level exams. I have quite a bit of tutoring experience, as I mention I always had a passion for the teaching world so I did my work experience in a primary school teaching kids Spanish and helping teachers, also I had a student of 6 years old for a couple of month which I taught Spanish for a while also I been tutoring some students to prepare them to their GCSEs and A levels exams. Finally, this past year I had two students in their twenties that they started with cero knowledge of Spanish and I am teaching them from the very basic level of the language.
When I have a class, I always plan it in advance and when I am planning them, I adapt the class and my teaching method to each student as everyone has got a different learning method, so I need to use a different teaching method. For me when I was in school and still now at university in order to enjoy a subject and find it interesting the teacher was the main reason, I believe the way to teach a subject makes such a big different for the student understating and motivation for learning that subject. Considering this I always try to make my classes as much dynamic and engaging as possible to make the student pay attention and be interested in the topic.
Finally, I hope to hear back from you and start teaching more students Spanish and making them fall in live with my language.
