Alan Dantas

Hello! My name is Alan, and I am a Biology teacher with more than 15 years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, a Master’s degree in Science Education from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and a PhD in Education from the University of São Paulo (USP). Throughout my career, I have taught students of different ages and academic levels, from secondary school to university, both in traditional classrooms and online.

I believe that Biology becomes much more interesting when students understand how scientific concepts relate to everyday life. My lessons are interactive, personalized, and adapted to each student’s learning style, goals, and pace. Whether you are preparing for school exams, university courses, GCSE, A Levels, entrance exams, or simply want to improve your understanding of Biology, I will create a learning plan that fits your needs.

I also have experience in teacher education, educational assessment, and scientific mentoring. I have served as a project evaluator for the Brazilian Science and Engineering Fair (FEBRACE), as a Judge at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF 2023), and have contributed to national educational projects involving curriculum development and assessment.

My goal is not only to help you improve your grades but also to build your confidence and curiosity about science.
