High-quality instruction and personalized attention. I teach all levels and ages. Depending on your needs, we can start from scratch with a textbook or focus on the specific areas you wish to improve.

I can work with total beginners as well as with advanced students wishing to prefect their knowledge of Spanish. I have lived in Argentina and have Spanish relatives, so I also have some knowledge of Spanish culture.

I love teaching and learning languages, and have done so for 20 years, primarily through private tutoring. I also had the privilege of teaching Spanish at Sedbergh School in England. Currently, I teach visual arts and photography at that same school.

I can teach Spanish pupils of any level, as well as French from Beginner to Advanced. On our first lesson (free of charge) we will simply discuss expectations and adjust planning accordingly. At present, my availability is limited due to my work at Sedbergh School; however, feel free to inquire on alternative hours beyond my published timetable. We could meet personally in Sedbergh, or preferably online. The frequency with which you wish to meet is highly flexible and there will be no obligation to continue if you are not satisfied with the quality of teaching I offer.

I have studied, Fine Arts and Music Compositino in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Music remains part of my daily routing although I do not work professionally or teach it. My main areas of expertise as a teacher are Spanish, French and Fine Arts.
