My name is Al Mustakin and I am a caring and patient person who loves helping children learn and grow. My experience working with children and vulnerable people has shaped the way I teach. I always make sure every child feels comfortable, supported and confident. At Child Life in the UK, I worked with children with disabilities and provided support that helped each child develop at their own pace. This taught me how important it is to be patient and encouraging and to create a positive environment where children feel safe to learn. I also spent three years volunteering at Better Life Welfare Organisation in Bangladesh where I supported people with mental health and physical health needs. This experience helped me understand how to connect with different people and communicate in a way that works for them. When I teach, I like to keep things simple and enjoyable. I take the time to get to know each student so I can understand how they learn best. I break things down into small easy steps and always make sure the child is comfortable before moving forward. I never rush and I always celebrate progress no matter how small. I genuinely care about the children I work with and I want to make a real difference in their learning journey. If your child needs someone patient, kind and dedicated to help them build skills and confidence, I would love to support them.
