Hello, my name is Aitor and I’m from Madrid, Spain. When I was 18 years old, I moved to the UK to course a Politics, Philosophy and Economics degree at the University of Essex. After graduating I enrolled in a new degree, War Studies at King’s College London, since I developed a passion for Military History and Global Politics. I’m currently a second-year student.
I have informal teaching experience. I taught Spanish Language and Literature to high school students for two years, starting when I was 16. In 2018 I obtained both the Spanish Baccalaureate Diploma and the International Baccalaureate Diploma, scoring a 9/10 in “Spanish language and literature” and a 6/7 in “Higher Level Spanish A”, respectively.
The ideal class is that after which students feel like they made great progress while also having fun and enjoying themselves. That’s what I always aim for. My goal is to totally adapt to the student’s needs by designing sessions that range from advanced grammar and vocabulary lessons, to help with homework, answering all sorts of questions, Spanish conversation practice for all levels, or facilitating the experience of learning a completely new language.
