ToAllow me to introduce myself. I am proficient in three languages: Punjabi, Urdu, and English. My professional experience includes working in nurseries, primary schools, and high schools, where I have acquired essential skills. In nurseries, I collaborated with children aged 0-5, which underscored the importance of communication and active listening in fostering positive relationships with children from diverse backgrounds and with varying needs. In primary schools, I developed a strong sense of flexibility, recognizing the critical need to adapt to different environments. Furthermore, in high schools, I gained experience in teamwork to ensure students had access to appropriate resources.. Our lessons will typically encompass two to three objectives and will be structured with a clear beginning, middle, and end, including a warm-up activity. The content will be tailored to the individual student's needs. For instance, if a student is a beginner in English, the content will be simplified to accommodate their learning style. Initially, I will guide them through fundamental phrases such as "My name is..." and "I am from..." and assist them in practicing with appropriate inflections. Subsequently, we will engage in speaking exercises to further develop their conversational skills. I would use different markers to highlight different parts of speech, grammar. I will also inititate short games for a specific letter for the student to play. Throughout the lesson I will create an interactive student centered environment where student actively participate, communicate and apply language in relevant is crucial to cultivate active student engagement rather than solely directing the lesson.
