I have a degree in English and also a TEFL qualification. My classes are always based around having fun, casual yet engaging conversations and keeping things simple and relatable for students. I have 3 years of teaching experience. I have worked in a language centre in Vietnam, online for Education First and in British high schools. I have also tutored 1-1 and small groups - I prefer working in this way as I love to really connect with my students.

In my lessons I try to bring in an awareness of current issues that we're facing in the world, as this helps to keep it relevant to your experience. I do use a textbook too, as I think it's important to have structure in classes. Students' creativity will be encouraged, as well as this, the lessons will be tailored to and around what the student needs on an individual level. Whatever your interests are, whatever your pace of learning is, and whatever your style of learning is, it will all be taken into consideration to ensure the lessons fit you!

You can expect me to be patient, and encouraging, as well as this I prefer to build rapport with my students - when we have good rapport I can help you achieve to the best of your ability. I think it's important to have safe and encouraging environment where you feel like you can for help and support should you not understand anything.
