My lessons are structured, interactive, and fully tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals. I begin by assessing the student’s current level, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, and identifying any gaps in knowledge. From there, I design lessons that build confidence and skill step by step, making sure that every topic is understood before moving on.

I focus on clarity and engagement: I break down complex concepts into simple, logical steps, often using examples and analogies to make abstract ideas more concrete. Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout the lesson, and I provide regular opportunities for them to apply what they’ve learned through problem-solving exercises, worked examples, and exam-style questions. This approach not only helps students understand the material but also develops independent problem-solving skills and exam confidence.

My experience comes from achieving an A in A-level Maths and studying theoretical physics at university, giving me a deep understanding of maths and science concepts. I have a natural ability to explain difficult topics in ways that are approachable and relatable, and I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s preferred way of learning.
