When it comes to teaching experience and methodology matters. I think that every teacher has the right knowledge but most of them lack the right methods. I have taught so many students that I can easily understand the psyche of every student. I can easily adapt my teaching methodology according to the students and circumstances even in the very first week.
From teaching right after clearing my own O Level IGSCE exams, I have come this far where I can easily point out important things to be done. These important parts include both exam oriented material and the material which is required to get great marks.
I usually teach my students the ways of getting great grades along with regular lectures. I think that important thing is repetition. As an average student only retains 20% of the things in lecture and this can be increased to 80% by mere repetitions. And by repetition i mean letting the students speak and letting them pass the knowledge through their brains. By through their brains i mean they show let the knowledge enter through ears and then circulating through their brains they need to deliver it through their tongues. This is the methodology i use. I let my students repeat the things. None of my students say that they have gone only once through any particular chapter. As believe that repetition and practice makes a student great. A* grade is just many repetitions away. And this is the reality that everyone needs to listen
