I am a teacher who is very passionate about the profession because I love to impart knowledge and skills into learners. Learners' comfortability in learning and their achievement is my priority. I believe that, student success is not only based on the results students produce at the end of a teaching phase but also student engagement, retention and their personal growth. I always ensure that learners' needs are met and that the end of every engagement is a positive one. My teaching is learner-centered because my methodology is structured around student involvement and active participation. My lessons are planned to make reasonable allowances for all students.
Students that I have thought attest to the fact that my class sessions are always enjoyable and educative. I have thought languages like English and the Ghanaian Language Twi from the scratch to some learners and they can now fluently read and speak with confidence.
