Adeolu Ojo

I have more than four years of experience as an Educationalist and a Teacher with great written and oral communication abilities in government and private schools. I am an instructor who is highly motivated and enthusiastic about fostering a coherent student learning environment. In my past experience, I have demonstrated success in providing good curriculum management to students in different grades among classes of 35-40, and therefore seeking a greater adventure in a school setting to enhance my capability and build my knowledge in a chosen career. Few of my ways of teaching includes:
• Establish communication channels and set high standards for student learning and work quality.
• Proctor officer and computer application tutor and instructor
• Setting up computer-based test examination for the school and for national examination, maintaining
security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Employed a variety of assessment approaches, allowing students to demonstrate their mastery of the
subject content in a variety of ways.
• Employed new and cutting-edge teaching strategies to improve student learning results and assist
them in developing successful learning and study habits.
• Used a variety of evaluation strategies to measure students' performance on laboratory assignments
and projects
