I’m a dedicated maths tutor who focuses on making difficult topics clear, manageable, and confidence-building. My lessons are tailored to each student’s level and learning style, whether they need help understanding core concepts, improving problem-solving skills, or preparing for exams. I usually start by identifying areas of weakness, typically through a past paper or a variety or questions. We would then move on to working on those weaknesses by strengthening their conceptual understanding of topics whilst maintaining strengths. I would also teach exam technique and efficient methods. I also prioritise giving the student chances to independently solve problems with guidance when needed as I believe it is one of the best ways to build mathematical confidence and problem solving.

I can help with topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, statistics, and general exam preparation. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.
