My lessons are designed to be engaging, interactive and tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student. I believe that every learner can succeed when they are given the right support, encouragement and opportunities to participate actively in their learning.

Each lesson begins with clear learning objectives and a short introduction to assess prior knowledge. I then explain new concepts step by step, using simple language, examples and visual resources where appropriate. Lessons include a variety of activities such as discussions, practical tasks, problem-solving exercises, quizzes and real-life applications to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.

I use a gradual teaching approach, moving from teacher modelling to guided practice and then independent work. This helps students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of the topic. I regularly check progress through questioning, informal assessments and feedback, adapting my teaching where necessary.

With over 10 years of teaching experience in both Zimbabwe and the UAE, I have taught learners with different abilities, backgrounds and learning needs. My experience includes Primary Education, Science, ICT, STEM, English literacy and inclusive education. I am also trained in behaviour support and understand the importance of creating a positive, respectful and supportive learning environment.

My goal is not only to help students improve academically but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills. I encourage students to ask questions, learn from mistakes and take an active role in their own learning. Every lesson is structured, supportive and enjoyable, with clear goals and personalised guidance to help each student reach their full potential.
