Abdullahi Mustapha

Hello! My name is Abdullahi Mustapha. I hold a Master’s degree in Textile Science and Technology from Ahmadu Bello University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Lagos State University. These qualifications have given me subject knowledge and an understanding of how to support learning through clear explanations, structured activities and encouragement.

My aim is to make lessons welcoming, practical and easy to follow. I recognise that every student learns differently, so I would begin by discussing your goals, current understanding and any areas you find challenging. Together, we would identify what you want to achieve and plan lessons around your needs.

A typical lesson would start with a short review of previous learning, followed by an explanation of a new topic. I would break difficult ideas into manageable steps, use familiar examples and give you opportunities to practise. Questions and discussion would be encouraged throughout, so you can build understanding and confidence at your own pace.

My academic background is particularly relevant to textiles, materials and related scientific concepts. Where appropriate, I would connect theory with everyday examples, helping you understand how ideas apply in practical situations.

My approach is patient, respectful and supportive. You would be welcome to ask questions, revisit topics and explain when something is unclear. I would check your understanding regularly and adapt the pace or explanation when needed.
