With twenty-two years of experience in the teaching field , and having occupied many positions, I have gathered a lot of experience that makes teaching my students both easy and exciting. Considering that the ulimate goal in any language we learn and teach is communication, I put forward the Communicative Language Teaching approach. I present my students with activities that foster communication and interaction. Thus, I make my students work in pairs or in groups, assigning them roles, moderator, time keeper, secretary and reporter. I try to be as useless as possible because for me, learners should be at the centre of the Teaching/Learning process, my role , as a teacher being that of a helper, guide, advisor, So, I intervene only when necessary, as a last resort because for me, learning is more motivating when learners are the architects of their own learning.
Fully aware of the different learning styles and multiple intelligences there are in the classroom, I focus on variety when designing my activities or teaching materials, so that I can meet every learner's expectations and needs. Furhtermore, varying my activities prevents routine, demotivation from happening in the classroom. So, I always resort to creativity to always come up with something my students will be interested in.

With the advent of technology, I spice up my lessons with technology devices. So many of my lessons are presented , using PowerPoint, which hooks my students, even the shyest. I also allow them to use their mobile phones.
