Depending on what you are looking for from English ie. Reading skills, conversational skills or basic knowledge of word formation in English, would factor how the lesson would take place. If you are looking for help with conversational English then I would basically go through a conversation with you in English and see where there are any issues then go through how to tackle them and teach ways to not get stuck with English conversation. If it is reading then I would go through it the same way through reading a passage and translating, or for word formation I would go through how and why words are spelt the way the are.
