In my lessons, I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive environment where you can build confidence in your French. Since this is my first time offering private tutoring, I’m flexible and happy to adapt lessons based on what you’re looking for – whether that’s help with homework, improving your speaking skills, or working through grammar topics. I usually include a mix of conversation and exercises to keep things engaging and help reinforce your understanding.

I studied French at the University of Aberdeen and spent four months living in France, so I bring both academic and real-world experience to my teaching. As a non-native speaker myself, I understand how tricky learning a language can be, and I’ll do my best to make it feel manageable and rewarding. I’m also happy to explain things in a clear, simple way and go at a pace that suits you.
