eSTAR was built on the ethos "every student can", meaning that everyone has the potential to excel and succeed in school, it just takes the right educators to help bring out that potential. To uphold this, eSTAR is very particular when it comes to adding tutors to their team. This explains the stellar team that makes eSTAR what it is.
The founders of eSTAR started the company whilst in medical school, using their personal tutoring experience to build a company that would further the impact they have on students. We pride ourselves on relatability, being able to connect with each student personally and tailor our approaches to each person to maximise learning outcomes.
Every tutor at eSTAR has gone through the GCSE and A-Level system themselves, and have acheived several 9s, As and A*s in the process. They use their firsthand experience to plan and deliver every lesson, ensuring that it is taught comprehensively but also in an engaging way.
