Differences Not Disabilities

Differences Not Disabilities is a specialist SEND tuition and support centre providing individualised education for children and young people who may struggle to access traditional learning.

What makes us different is that SEND is our specialism, not an additional service. Our tuition is led by a qualified secondary teacher with specialist experience in Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), SEMH, autism, complex needs, emotional regulation and behaviours that challenge.

We adapt the environment, pace, communication and teaching approach around each learner. Alongside English, literacy and functional skills, we focus on confidence, engagement and helping young people develop a positive relationship with education.

Our centre provides a calm, welcoming alternative for learners who need education to work differently for them.
