What are the benefits of yoga for the body?

Hello everyone. My mum advises me to take yoga classes, but I don't feel any particular stress... Does yoga also have positive effects on the body? Which ones? Thanks for your help.

Oh sure, it does have a positive effect! Of course, if done right- under professional supervision or on your own when you know at least some basics :) It can improve your posture, strength, flexibility, mobility and mental health. I am happy to talk more 1:1 and get to know your case better :)
