Hi Rachel, that’s great that you want to invest more time into your fitness. I normally recommend 2-3 sessions per week, but it can be less if you plan to train by yourself for some days or it could be more if you feel like you need the guidance and motivation to make sure you’re accountable. Hope that helps, any more questions please feel free to ask.

Results happen as a matter of consistency. 3x week is the minimum you should be putting into your fitness goals. However not every session has to be with a personal trainer. Also diet is a big factor in achieving your fitness results!

Hi Rachel, congratulations on starting a new job and it’s great to hear you have more time to commit to your training. The amount of sessions per week depends on your goal, if you are doing online or face to face coaching, training experience, current fitness level, how much time you are willing to commit to your exercise away from PT etc. etc. In short everyone can benefit from coaching from a little as 1 session per month (gaining an action plan and clarity) however for maximum benefit 2-3 sessions per week is a real sweet spot for face to face training getting amazing results in as little as 4-8 weeks depending on experience and knowledge of the trainer. For online training things are structured a little differently and 1 online check in per week works well with an in-depth overhaul of training programs, nutrition programs and data tracking, video technique analysis and accountability provided online so the client can have everything at their disposal to achieve their goal with the convenience to train at their own time. This is usually sold as a complete package service. Both are very effective from the correct coach it just depends on your preference, goal and access to quality, experienced coaches. I hope this is helpful to you and wish you every success in your training 😁💪 All the best, Karl PT, strength coach and pain free specialist.

Hi! The answer is really subjective to your personal situation. Normally 2 sessions per week can keep a client guided and on track with a commitment to further individual training regularly during the week. There should be at least 3 actual exercise sessions per week.
