Hi Jack, If you have never trained or followed a fitness routine my suggestion is to start at least a couple of times a week to get used to following a schedule. A good trainer will deliver you the guidance to avoid bad habits, get good form, avoid injuries and find ways to enjoy training. So you don't need to see a trainer every day of the week but to notice changes you need consistency on your own as well.
