You need to have a goal in mind - whether that’s a goal body weight you want to hit or miles you want to run/weights you want to lift. Once you have that you got to assess the steps of how to get there, do you have enough knowledge to do certain types of training or to formulate a nutrition plan which is going to help you reach that goal. Also personal trainers don’t have to be in person it can be online through online coaching which is the chosen method I would use in your position. If you want more information about this give my instagram a message thomaswoods_pt

Hi Adevi! A personal trainer will take into account your individual needs and present health and fitness levels and will create a personalized exercise and nutrition programme for you, taking into account your realistic goals and placing them on a timeline so that your achievements are measurable. Your PT is your guide and your motivation. It is definitely worth seeking advice from one to help prepare you for your special day.
