Can someone give classes for acoustic guitar?

I really like the sound and it seems that it will also be easier to switch to an electric. Can I start my guitar lessons directly with an acoustic or do I have to go through the classical first?

Hi Pep, you can start on any type you like, fundamentally, guitars are all the same. A classical guitar is a guitar that is strung with nylon strings (traditionally gut). A modern acoustic is strung with steel strings, much like an electric guitar.
