Relaxing Yoga Classes for Flexibility, Strength and Peace

I'm Maria and I am a yoga and meditation teacher with more than 3 years of experience. I developed my passion for yoga and all the natural ways of healing when I was studying in China a few years ago, looking for something that could help with my anxiety. Meditation turned out to be incredibly healing for my body and mind and after learning more about the ancient philosophy of yoga I decided to share it with others. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training with a great school in India and I’ve been teaching adults and kids, helping them on their well-being journey.
I am a kind, caring and patient teacher, I always try to adjust my classes to the unique needs of the students. My classes start with a gentle breathing exercise, then we go through asana (posture) practice and we finish with a healing meditation. I specialize in yin yoga – slow stretches, going deeper into the muscles, but I also guide vinyasa power flow, hatha yoga, and dancing yoga sessions.
