The aim of my lessons is to provide a detailed overview of the food and beverage sector within the hospitality industry, covering the key fundamentals that will help you succeed in this rewarding field. We’ll explore topics such as customer service excellence, service versus hospitality, the customer journey, the art of exceeding expectations, understanding hospitality organisations, getting to know your guests, and the basics of service.
While I follow a structured lesson plan, I’m also open to organic, discussion-based sessions to suit your learning style.
My lessons are underpinned by over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held positions in pubs, restaurants, fine dining (Michelin), brasseries, hotels, fast food, cafés, events, food and beverage management, business ownership, and general management.
