After 20 years of teaching students all over the world, I have developed an addiction (can't stop doing it no matter where else I am professionally involved) and developed a confident approach to each individual student's need. It includes the student's psychological specifications assessment and consideration of time, speed and goals they have, it's a huge bulk of authentic materials necessary for the student's independent work (provided by me) and convenient timetable.
