A cell is the fundamental unit of an organ that enables life to grow.

Cell is a basic building unit of the system. It perfomes functions general to specific.It could be describe from a single cell based system to multiple cell based (multicellular). So, before reaching towards complexity we must know what is a cell? As i said a basic unit of the building organ and that system developed from that particular organs (organ system). Being a unitary , it has its own shape and machinary. The shape and machinary of any cell is relevant to the location and role it need to be performed.
Specific information includes its shape , structure and role. For example if we talk about animal cell. Each cell of the body is packed b an outer coveing called as "plasma membrane". It provides a proper shape and keep the inner surface of the cell (intracellular) from the external surroundings (extracellular).
The double layered membrane composed of Phospholipids. These protein surfaces containing channels to served as carriers, receptors and barriors. Anything coming from  the cell or towards the cell pass through these channels. along with the maintainance of shape it keep surviality of a cell.
While moving further from a cell membrane into a cell we immidiately step into the fluid of the cell "Cytoplasm". What it is?and why it is? so, lets be a more specific it s a fluid that retain all the organelles (machinary) of the cell to its place and provide a chemical medium to the organelles to perform their chemical activities within the cell. Chemical reactions could be several. This fluid retains the other cytoplasmic organelles.
A control panel of a cell is its Nucleous which usually centrally positioned. It covered by a membrane Nucleolus and several pores on it which are called Nucleopores. It also encloses Nucleoplasm.
