I would teach lessons tailored to students based on their learning styles helping them to maximise their full potential.

I would teach by initially finding the best learning style and adapting to that. Being an experienced reader leader, I know how to foster a positive learning environment where students can flourish. Previously helping GCSE students has allowed me to practise resilience and new approaches so the student can understand concepts. Having dyslexia, I have also found new ways of understanding, memorising and applying knowledge and would be excited to share these with those who need it.
