I would love to answer this question.So there is no stopping of interests in my life.

In my earlier year of teaching I was given a responsibility of reviewing and verifying the students caliber and make a assumption about the chances whether they are going to pass in accounts exam or not.This was bit challenging as i was teaching for the very first time and i have to taught 7 students together and i have to be loyal with my job and skills.I was also responsible for my commitment which i made to mentor who placed me for the position.So for whole year i feel responsible for all those 7 students and it makes me feel like their guardian. In my national time in gateball I had been the captain of my team and we were in knockout game and by the half time our team placed in a position of loosing at that time i realize my role and start taking my leadership role serious by scoring some back to back strikes and it motivate my fellow team members and it help our team not only win that knockout game the performance is taken up and we ended up winning bronze for Madhya Bharat. As an example of Ownership i like to explain about Initiating Changes in our family business as far back when i decide to quit CA and to overcome this decision i start looking towards my family business and I come across some points which affects business profits so i decide to take responsibility.
