I am very result oriented facilitator and team player

I love to see my young ones confident, being able to think critically and solve problems with minimal guidance. This i try very hard to do using different pedagogies and the learnerslearning skills. I am able to manage the class, analyse topics to their understanding and evaluate to get feedback that helps me to make informed decisions. I am 70% abreast with technology and still learning the modern ways to use technology which keep updating. I have a team player all my career life because i believe no one knows it all. I always sort for help whenever its needed and input my ideas whenever i am needed.I hope to get this opportunity to offer my expertise and learn from you too
