To teach young adults ages 18 or below struggling with Mathematics as they require more explanation to understand how it works.

I will first introduce myself as a reserved individual who is there to assist them with questions. And using different tailored made lessons from using visual displays to vocally explaining and breaking down explanations to have the students understand so clearly they can explain it in their own words. This requires patience, clarity, trust and having faith in the students to improve, to be as great as they can be. And making changes will greatly help assist the students perform better as I am aimed to tailor make the lesson easier for them to understand. And I understand that setbacks are inevitable it is about how to improve it going forward and providing them with that necessary support. Whether that is giving them praise for good work and encouraging them that they can do better, acknowledge their current skill and having consistent and clear communication so the students get the necessary information to learn and grow whilst providing personal growth with supporting the young, potentials individuals.
