I design structured, interactive sessions that maintain engagement in virtual environments, incorporating polls, breakout discussions, collaborative documents and formative quizzes to check understanding and encourage participation. I provide clear guidance through recorded mini-lectures, detailed written feedback and regular virtual office hours, ensuring students feel supported and connected despite geographical distance. I am particularly attentive to monitoring engagement analytics and submission patterns to identify students at risk early and intervene appropriately. My approach combines academic rigour with accessibility, ensuring that diverse and international cohorts are able to progress confidently in an online learning environment.
