Advert description
I support students to turn overwhelm into clarity, confidence and momentum. Studying today can feel intense - exams, expectations, time pressure and the feeling that you always need to be doing more. My role as a coach and mentor is to help students step back, find their footing and develop the mindset and practical habits that allow them to move forward with calm focus and self-belief.
I work with students on:
• building confidence and motivation
• creating realistic study routines
• managing stress and academic pressure
• developing focus and time management
• setting meaningful goals and staying on track
My coaching style is supportive, curious and encouraging. I create safe spaces where students can talk openly about what’s working, what’s not, and what they need in order to succeed.
Alongside mentoring young people through community programmes and creative development initiatives, I’m also a parent of two children who have gone through the 11+ exam process, with one currently preparing for GCSEs and both taking music exams. I understand first-hand the pressures students face and the importance of balancing discipline with rest, creativity and fun.
I completed coaching training where I developed skills in active listening, goal-setting and helping individuals discover their own agency and strengths.
Every student is different. My aim is not to push a single formula, but to help each young person find their own rhythm, build healthy habits and develop confidence that will support them not just in school - but in life.
If you're looking for someone who will listen deeply, encourage growth and help your child move through challenges with clarity and confidence, I’d love to work together.
