Advert description
I'm an MS Microbiology and Molecular Genetics student with a BS in the same field, and science has been the constant thread through both my academic and professional life. I bring real teaching experience to this role — for six months, I taught biochemistry to nursing students online, where accuracy genuinely mattered, which taught me how to break down complex material and re-explain it until it clicks. Alongside teaching, I've worked as a Research Assistant analyzing molecular data and completed hands-on clinical laboratory training, so my science knowledge is current and applied, not just theoretical. I've also explained health and science concepts to teenagers and the public through UNICEF and IDF community programmes, sharpening my ability to simplify without losing accuracy.
My teaching approach starts by finding exactly where a student gets stuck, then rebuilding the concept with plain language, relatable examples, and visuals, checking understanding as I go. While biology is my specialism, my scientific training supports chemistry and general science too, especially where subjects overlap. I'm patient, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping students build real confidence.
