Holder of the Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development and the Level 3 Award in Information, Advice and Guidance, with extensive experience delivering impartial careers education, information, advice and guidance to students from a wide range of backgrounds. Currently working as Careers Leader and Examinations Officer at St Alban’s Catholic High School, where I lead and develop a comprehensive careers programme that raises aspirations, promotes informed decision-making and prepares students for successful transitions into higher education, apprenticeships and employment. Experienced in providing one-to-one careers guidance, organising employer engagement activities, developing strategic partnerships and working collaboratively with students, parents, employers, education providers and external agencies.
