I adopt a participatory and highly engaging approach to delivering my lessons. I view both facilitators and learners as lifelong learners, creating a mutually enriching experience for everyone involved. My teaching methods incorporate storytelling, case studies, and visual media such as motion pictures to make learning practical, relatable, and impactful.

I am intentional about respecting the unique personalities within each group and practice active listening when engaging with students or participants. I also bring strong interpersonal skills—kindness, compassion, and empathy—which enable me to discern unspoken needs and tailor the learning experience accordingly.

Additionally, I have had the privilege of participating in diverse coaching and mentoring programmes spanning global health, Christian counselling, psychological safety, and advocacy, which have further strengthened my ability to support holistic learning and development.
