I love to explain concepts in fun and interactive way by making them understand concepts with examples and story telling approach. I believe I can spark intrest of students within mathematics by first introducing them to speed math techniques which boost their confidence and then eventually progressing towards difficult concepts. The pedagogy that I usually follow is as follows: 1. Understand the current level of student. 2. Based on their understanding of subject, test their current knowledge by providing them questions and gauge their problem solving approach. 3. Then introduce them with alternative problem solving techniques and methods to solve the same questions in faster way and eventually introduce them with higher order thinking questions to reinforce their learning.
