I provide maths lessons to both GCSE and A level (edexcel) mathematics students.

I have previously tutored maths before and would cover topics in depth, aiming to actively learn the topic rather than simply memorising methods. I typically begin each lesson with a 10 minute recap of the previous lesson to encourage active recall and build long-term memory, followed by 10-15 minutes of examples, then 30 minutes of hand picked questions and problem solving while working independently (and together if needed) before a 5-10 minute final recap to ensure the student understands where they have succeeded and where they need to improve and setting homework for next lesson.
