I am a health coach and mentor with experience supporting both individuals and groups to build confidence, resilience and practical skills that support long-term wellbeing and personal success. I guide students in setting personal, academic and wellbeing goals, supporting them to break these into manageable actions. Through coaching conversations, I help individuals develop effective study habits, time management skills and positive mindset strategies, enabling them to stay focused and motivated. I place strong emphasis on self-belief, encouraging students to recognise their strengths, overcome challenges and build confidence in their abilities.
