patient and knowledgeable tutor aiming students starting from 1st grade up until 8th grade

i asses each student's needs and create a personalized program that will reach their goals , i tend to build confidence in each one of them so that they would be comfortable asking any kind of question and of course i tend to repeat the explanation in another way in case one didnt get the idea .
