I am currently a coach. I am a motivated individual, with great listening skills and plenty of wisdom from the school of life! I'm encouraging, and love to see people follow their arrow and reach their potential. I'm empathetic, with a lot of training in nervous system regulation, mindfulness and other very useful tools that I draw on in my coaching.
