Every lesson is built around your goals, not a textbook. First, we talk about where you want your English to take you: a job interview, meetings at work, emails, or a new life in another country. Then I plan lessons around those real situations. Most of the lesson is you speaking. I correct gently, explain why, and give you the key vocabulary and phrases to review afterwards. Before teaching, I spent 18 years in global mobility at ANZ, EY and Aurecon, helping employees move between countries for work. I know the English you need at work and when you arrive somewhere new. I have also learned Portuguese, Spanish and Thai as an adult, so I understand how it feels to be the student. You will never feel silly for making mistakes here.
