My name is Danilo and I work in Psychology and Coaching path. I do also trainings and assessment for soft skills.

My approach is really based on emphaty and listening. I work with a lot of young guys and girls and for me the most important thing is to listen them: their needs, goals, obstacles, dreams...everything. I never put my role in a higher step, I always put myself in a way to learn from them...watching the world from their eyes is always interesting.
