I am a compassionate, down-to-earth life coach who supports young people to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of their lives. I take a whole-person approach, helping students not just with motivation and organisation, but also with emotional wellbeing, self-belief, and managing stress or overwhelm.
My coaching is particularly suited to students who feel anxious, stuck, burned out, or lacking confidence — including those navigating exam pressure, transitions, low self-esteem, or challenges with boundaries, focus, or emotional regulation. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where students can be heard, understood, and gently challenged to grow.
My sessions are practical, supportive, and empowering. I combine coaching tools with nervous system awareness, simple mindset work, and achievable action steps, helping students build resilience, clarity, and confidence both in their studies and in everyday life.
