Life Coach providing remote sessions for students preparing for exams and having difficulties with their varied subjects.

I am a Certified International Life Coach | NLP Practitioner. Each session would start with me sending out a questionnaire so that I have a clear idea of what they are needing and expecting from the sessions. This enables me to prepare to assist them in the best way possible. Preparation is Key. As the student settles in around week 6/8 we could have an interim session where they send me an email about how they feel they are progressing and any concerns they have. I must accomplish that which I am appointed to do. I am that strict with myself in my role because I take it very seriously and my testimonials online reflect this. In my work I have always desired win-win situations. I fulfil my role by building rapport, I then elicit all needed to get the outcome that they are wanting. On noting all I would then use the different strategies I have in my resources as a coach to guide them progressively to achieving the desired outcome. Such as: Solution Focused Coaching which I enjoy the most, moving the student forward by enabling them to concentrate on the desired future they want to have rather than dwelling on their presenting problem(s). Using Timeline Therapy working with negative emotions if they show up creating emotional freedom and clarity. The Questioning Funnel also used successfully enabling students to get the specifics on an issue to find the solution to it. Most importantly as a coach, I listen well, note, pause and gain clarification on all that is stated so that what is needed as the outcome is achieved and the student feels supported always. Because I have a passion for working with children and young adults, I have a lot of patience and an innate ability to connect with them. Teaching remotely enables me to closely monitor their response to work that we are covering and calibrating them is easier. I can see their response to topics letting me know how truthful they are being in their communication, making it a lot easier than if we were in a classroom setting. I can then address what is happening in the moment. I like to discuss with individuals, if needed, the neurological levels of change if what is happening during sessions is not benefiting them and I have discerned that it is clearly due to other factors. My intuitive skills permitting me very quickly to address matters that maybe holding people back.
