Leadership Educator | Empowering Students and Emerging Leaders Through Practical, People-Centered Leadership

I would describe myself as a dynamic, people-oriented professional with a background in business, sustainability, project management, coaching, and education. Through my experience as a Team Lead, Management Trainee, Coach, Teaching Assistant, and Project & Sales Manager, I have developed a practical understanding of leadership and what it takes to work effectively with different people and stakeholders. My approach to leadership education is interactive and reflective. I enjoy helping people understand their own leadership style, communicate effectively, give and receive feedback, navigate dilemmas, and turn ideas into action. I have facilitated workshops on inclusive leadership and mentored students around leadership dilemmas, ethical decision-making, sustainability, and systems thinking. I also have training in competence-based coaching, leadership, negotiation, feedback, and non-violent communication. My lessons are primarily aimed at university students, young professionals, and emerging leaders who want to strengthen their leadership skills both personally and professionally. I particularly enjoy working with people who are at the beginning of their leadership journey and want to develop the confidence, self-awareness, communication skills, and practical tools needed to lead others effectively.
