My goal is not only to share knowledge, but also to motivate students

Since 2023, I have had the opportunity to work as an English teacher with students of different ages, levels, and institutions. This experience has helped me develop my teaching skills and understand that every learner has different needs, interests, and challenges. Teaching English has become much more than a profession for me; it is something I am passionate about. I especially enjoy creating learning experiences that inspire students to become interested in the language and continue learning beyond the classroom. My teaching experience has included working with different English levels, which has taught me to adapt my lessons to each group. I believe that there is no single method that works for everyone. Some students need more guidance and structure, while others learn better through conversation, games, visual resources, or practical activities. Therefore, I try to make my lessons flexible, dynamic, and student-centered. My goal is not only to teach grammar and vocabulary, but also to help students understand how English can be useful and meaningful in their everyday lives. One of my main priorities is creating a positive and supportive classroom environment. I believe students learn better when they feel comfortable, respected, and confident enough to participate. Learning a language naturally involves making mistakes, and I want my students to understand that mistakes are an essential part of the learning process. I encourage them to ask questions, express their ideas, take risks, and communicate without being afraid of making errors. By creating a safe environment, I can help students develop confidence and become more independent learners. In my classes, I focus on developing the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I believe that these skills should be connected because students need to be able to understand and produce English in situations. To achieve this, I incorporate a variety of activities, including conversations, discussions, role plays, listening exercises, reading comprehension, writing tasks, games, and interactive resources. I try to connect lessons with real-life situations so that students can see the practical value of what they are learning. I believe lessons should be educational, but they should also be engaging and enjoyable.
