I am an experienced English teacher with a background in both English Home Language and English as a Foreign Language (EFL).

Skills and Experience I have over three years of teaching experience in South Africa and China, teaching English, Home Language and English as a Foreign Language (EFL). I hold a BA in Humanities, a PGCE, and a TEFL qualification, and I am currently completing an Honours degree in English Literature. I have experience teaching learners of various ages and English proficiency levels, creating engaging lessons that develop speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills. How I Will Teach I use a student-centred approach that adapts to each learner's goals, level, and learning style. Lessons are interactive, supportive, and focused on building confidence through conversation, guided practice, real-world language use, and constructive feedback. I aim to create a positive environment where students feel comfortable learning and using English.
